This residential project involved the conversion of an existing detached garage into an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).
The client’s vision was for an open-concept space without a bedroom, featuring a modern kitchen with custom cabinets and bookshelves. Additionally, the project included the construction of a new large exterior wood deck with ample space for outdoor furniture, enhancing the ADU’s livability.
A new laundry and storage area were incorporated, along with a modern and efficient bathroom. To maintain consistency, new doors and windows were specified to match the style of the existing house.
